Pink is the color that signifies hope for breast cancer survivors and October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The employees at Hair & Body Essentials Day Spa in Clifton Park Center are putting on the pink hair extensions all month. The charge for the extensions is a $10 donation which goes toward breast cancer research.
This is the third consecutive year the local spa has participated in the the Pink Hair For Hope campaign started by one of its product suppliers, So.Cap.USA. The company supplies the pink extensions along with other day spa supplies to businesses across the country. The company will donate all the money from the extensions to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and to the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Cancer” program…continue article here.
